Park Rules Summary for O. O. Denny Park
Park opens at dawn and closes at dusk.

Alcoholic beverages, drugs and intoxicated persons are not allowed.
Fireworks and explosives are not allowed.
Fires are allowed only in raised Park grills.
Powered watercraft must remain more than 300 feet from Park shoreline.
Trailer parking is not allowed in parking lots or along Holmes Point Drive.
Pets must be on leash and under control at all times, owners must clean up after pets.
Camping is not allowed.
Dumping refuse or draining waste from trailers, campers, automobiles or other vehicles is not allowed.
Polluting any stream, river, lake or body of water in or adjacent to Park is not allowed.
Posting signs, posters or notices is allowed only with written permission.
Selling refreshments or merchandise is allowed only with written permission.
Removing or destroying plant material, Park equipment or property is not allowed.
Teasing, annoying or injuring animals is not allowed.
Riding vehicles or animals over or through the Park is not allowed.
Practicing or playing golf, baseball, cricket, polo, lacrosse, archery, hockey, tennis, badminton or other games of like character is allowed only at Park areas designated for such use.
Placing, depositing or locating of any structure that threatens, endangers or obstructs travel on a trail within the Park is not allowed.
