About the Finn Hill Park and Recreation District
Meetings are at 7:00 pm the first Thursday of every month
(subject to change due to holidays and work travel for the commissioners).
The Finn Hill Park and Recreation District was created by the November 20, 2002 King County General Election, as a result of passage of ballot Proposition No. 1. Proposition 1 authorized a tax levy for the creation and maintenance of the Finn Hill Park and Recreation District. The ballot measure was presented to voters who resided within the park district boundaries.
Currently O.O. Denny Park is officially maintained under the care of the Finn Hill Parks and Recreation District.
The District is managed by five unpaid commissioners, who are elected to four-year terms.
Meeting Location: Starbucks Conference room at the Juanita Starbucks, 9721 N.E. 119th Way, Kirkland, WA.
